What we collect

When you use a form on this site we collect the name, email address, company and message you type, plus the campaign parameters in the URL you arrived on. Nothing else is collected about you, and we do not buy or enrich contact data.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, and to understand which pages bring in real conversations. That is the whole purpose.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while there is an active conversation and for two years afterwards, so we can pick up where we left off. Ask us to delete yours at any time and we will.

Who else sees it

Nobody outside the team. We do not sell, rent or share contact details, and we do not run advertising pixels that would pass your details to a third party.

Downloads and email

If you download a guide we email you the link, then two or three follow-ups over a fortnight. Every one carries a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing does not stop us replying to a direct enquiry.

Cookies

A session cookie keeps multi-step forms working and a CSRF cookie protects form submissions. Both are strictly necessary and neither tracks you across other sites.
