ERP & Business Management Systems in Bangladesh

Off-the-shelf ERP fails in Bangladeshi SMEs for the same reason every time: it cannot model how you actually give credit, handle returns, or move stock between godowns. We build to your process, not the other way round — and we keep it small enough that your staff will use it.

WHAT YOU GET
Modules scoped to what you actually run: inventory, sales, purchase, accounts, credit
Role-based access so a branch manager sees only their branch
Bangla-capable printing for invoices and challans
Data migration from your existing spreadsheets
Staff training session plus a written operator manual
30-day post-launch bug warranty

Who this is for

01

You are a trading or distribution business running inventory in spreadsheets and credit in a notebook.

02

You bought an ERP, paid for customisation, and your team still keeps a parallel Excel file.

03

You have multiple warehouses or branches and no single view of stock.

How we build it

01 Process mapping on site — we watch how the work is really done
02 Module scope and milestone plan, priced per milestone
03 Build module by module, starting with the one that hurts most
04 Parallel run against your existing process before cutover
05 Training, cutover, and support through the first month-end close

Technology we use — and why

Not a logo wall. The reason behind each choice.

Django

The admin gives your back office a working interface on day one, before we build a single custom screen.

PostgreSQL

Stock and ledger movements need real transactions. This is not negotiable for accounts.

HTMX

Fast data-entry screens that work on the mid-range desktops your staff actually have.

Celery

Month-end reports and stock revaluation run in the background, not while a user waits.

Engagement models

We don't publish a price list. You get a band in the quote flow, and a real number after the call.

MODEL A
Fixed-scope project

Written scope, milestone plan, fixed price per milestone. Best when you know what you need built.

Paid per completed milestone
MODEL B · MOST COMMON
Monthly retainer

A committed number of senior engineering days per month. Best when scope will keep evolving.

Rolling monthly, 30 days' notice
MODEL C
Dedicated engineer

One or more engineers embedded in your team, in your standups, with architecture review from the founder.

Minimum three months

Questions people actually ask

How long does an ERP take?
A focused first phase — inventory and sales, one location — is typically six to ten weeks. Full accounts integration adds to that. We would rather ship phase one and have you using it than disappear for six months.
Can it handle multiple warehouses and branches?
Yes. Multi-location stock, transfers and per-branch permissions are standard in our builds.
What about Bangla invoices and reports?
Supported, including printing to the thermal and dot-matrix printers commonly used here.
Will my staff actually use it?
That is a design problem, not a technology problem. We scope screens around existing habits, train on site, and run in parallel with your old process until people trust it.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, before the first call if you want.
What if we outgrow it?
You own the code and the schema. Any competent Django team can extend it — including us.
